SHIPPING

For orders within Australia, we offer standard delivery and Express post via Australia post. 

  • Standard delivery delivery within Australia is now FREE with no minimum spend. Delivery times may vary between 2-8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Express Post fee: $11.50 for individual orders. Discounted fees will be added for orders containing more than one item. Delivery times may vary between 1-3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

All of our headpieces are made to order, therefore please allow 1-7 business days for your order to be made and dispatched. 

 

For international orders our fees vary depending on your order and location. Unfortunately at this time we only ship to NEW ZEALAND, US & CANADA, UK & IRELAND and most countries in ASIA. We apologise for any inconvenience. 

Our shipping fees are as follows:

  • New Zealand: $18.00

  • Asia, US & Canada, UK & Ireland: $28.50

We ship all international orders with Registered International Air Mail. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

 

RETURNS

We pack and seal our products with love to make sure they arrive to you in the best possible condition. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your products via the contact page. 

Regrettably, we can only issue refunds and exchanges where we are notified within 7 days. All goods must be accompanied with the tax invoice and be in its original condition. No refunds on SALE items. 

All return postage and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend registered post for all returns as we cannot be responsible for any lost items.

 

CANCELLATIONS

We can only accept cancellations if your order has not yet been dispatched. Therefore, please choose carefully prior to making your order.
